Our passion for community has played an important role in defining who we are as a company. Over the years, TKO has been committed to building quality affordable housing. This in turn has enabled more families to become homeowners than ever before.
TKO is dedicated to working with organizations that make a difference in our community, especially those that promote the growth and
development of our youth. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Magic Valley and the YMCA of Twin Falls both share our passion for our community.
Every home we sell helps support the youth of the Magic Valley. We donate a portion of each home's proceeds to both the YMCA of Twin Falls and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Magic Valley.
At TKO, we pursue two great passions building quality affordable housing, and making a positive impact on our future generations.
