You probably know this already, but TKO built our home for $10,000 less than the next closest bid. For a $120,000 home, that is a significant difference. In no way was the quality of workmanship or materials compromised to achieve the savings. Being in the construction industry myself, I recognize the way in which you are able to do this. The level of crew professionalism, coordination, and timing during construction of our home was superior. Time is money. As I see it, the rapid completion of our home accomplished two objectives. Objective one was to maximize cost efficiency, and objective two was to get my sweetheart into her new home as quickly as possible.
